First the great news. Pixel Pup is adding on a puzzle pack made by Objet Discret. She is the creator of Taiyaki Fabulous, an adventure nonogram game. Their puzzles for Pixel Pup are awesome, you're gonna dig them.
And if you haven't played Taiyaki Fabulous yet, you really should!

I was really hoping to release in January, but we are now targeting March.
The original plan was to have a pre-order for the game. Due to some issues outside of our control, we can no longer confidently do a pre-order. Pixel Pup will have a pretty small print run, and once on sale it will be first come first serve, just like Series One was.
If this first print run sells out quickly, we will do a second run. And a third if that sells quickly, etc.
Originally the plan was to do more puzzle pack releases down the road. But it's now looking more likely this first release will be the only release.
Never say never, more puzzle packs are always a possibility. But I do want to give a heads up it's not looking likely.
The original plan was to release with four puzzle packs: Entomology, Art Museum, DIY and The Nineties. We're still exploring options here but one of those packs may be cut.
The game will still release with at least four puzzle packs as originally planned, except now one of those packs will be Objet Discret's pack. Trust me, it's a good trade :)
This is not finalized yet, but it is looking like the game will release with about 90-100 puzzles.
Pixel Pup will work on both USA and Japan e-Readers (e-Reader+ in the case of Japan). The main card will be double sided, with one region on each side.
Pixel Pup will not be available in Japanese. The Japanese version will still be in English.
Just swipe the side that corresponds to your e-Reader. The sides will be clearly marked.
The puzzle pack cards are region free and will work in both e-Readers.
